Cut off caffeine

Some people like to have a cup of tea, coffee or any other caffeinated drink whenever they feel stressed. They think these things will help them in dealing with stress and anxiety. But it’s not true at all.

Caffeine can make the situation worse as it hyperactivates your mind which leads to overthinking. Moreover, caffeine also disturbs your sleep which is a major cause of stress and anxiety. So, you should cut off caffeine for managing stress and anxiety. On the other side, to stay calm and quiet, you can try herbal drinks to stay calm and relaxed in your life. Experts say herbs are great sedatives to relax the muscles and help you control stress hormones too.

Get Sufficient Hours of Sleep

In addition, to avoid anxiety issues and manage stress hormones in the body, you need to follow a healthy sleep cycle. Again, the sleep cycle can help your body to reduce stress chemicals and promote happy hormones to boost the mood too. Therefore, follow a fixed sleep cycle to get 7–8 hours of sleep at night and manage anxiety issues easily in life.
